Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a booking at Knight Oasis Hotel, operated by Knight Oasis Resorts Private Limited. By making a booking with us (online, by phone, or in person), you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking & Reservations
- A booking is confirmed only after you receive a Booking Confirmation with a unique Booking ID from Knight Oasis
- Bookings are subject to room availability at the time of reservation
- We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion
- The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age and must be staying at the hotel
- All bookings made online are tentative until confirmed by our team via phone or WhatsApp
- Prices shown on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable GST
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
- All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID)
- Failure to provide valid ID may result in denial of check-in with no refund
- Room keys / access cards must be returned at check-out. Lost keys may attract a replacement charge
4. Occupancy & Extra Guests
- Each room has a maximum occupancy limit as specified at the time of booking
- Bringing additional guests beyond the stated occupancy without informing hotel management is not permitted
- Extra mattress facility is available at an additional charge per night, subject to availability
- Children below 5 years of age may stay free of charge when sharing a bed with parents (no extra bed needed)
5. Payment Terms
- Bookings must be confirmed with payment as agreed at the time of reservation
- We accept payment via UPI, Bank Transfer, and Cash at the property
- All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated
- The hotel is not responsible for any extra bank charges incurred during payment
- Invoice/receipt will be provided upon request at check-out
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary:
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before check-in: 100% refund
- Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in: 1 night charge may apply
- No-show: First night charges are non-refundable
7. Guest Conduct & Hotel Rules
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards hotel staff and other guests
- Noise must be kept to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
- Smoking is not permitted inside rooms. Smoking in rooms may attract a cleaning fee
- Alcohol consumption must be within legal limits and must not disturb other guests
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Damage charges will apply
- Pets are not allowed on the property
- Any illegal activities on hotel premises will result in immediate eviction and reporting to authorities
- Visitors (non-registered guests) are not permitted in rooms beyond hotel visiting hours
8. Liability
- Knight Oasis is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the room safe locker (where available) and keep valuables secure
- The hotel is not liable for any personal injury, accident, or illness that occurs on the premises beyond the scope of our direct negligence
- The hotel is not responsible for any inconveniences caused by factors beyond our control, including power cuts, water shortage, or natural events
9. Room & Facilities
- Room images on the website are representative. Actual rooms may vary slightly in decor
- Room amenities and facilities are subject to change without notice
- In the rare case a reserved room type is unavailable, we will offer an alternative room of equal or higher category
- Complimentary items (toiletries, etc.) provided in rooms are for single-use per stay
10. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By making a booking, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined there.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India
- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Sikar, Rajasthan

12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
