1. Free Cancellation Policy

Knight Oasis Resorts Private Limited offers a free cancellation policy for all room bookings. If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time (12:00 PM), you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

  • Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before check-in
  • 100% of the paid amount will be refunded
  • No cancellation fee or deduction will be charged
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

2. Late Cancellation (Within 24 Hours of Check-in)

If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of your check-in time, the following policy applies:

  • A cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night's stay may be charged
  • The remaining amount (if any) will be refunded within 5–7 business days
  • In special circumstances (medical emergency, natural disaster, etc.), we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. Please contact us with supporting documents.

3. No-Show Policy

If you do not check in on your reserved date and do not inform us in advance (no-show), the following applies:

  • The first night's charges will be non-refundable
  • If you paid for multiple nights, please contact us as soon as possible — we will try to help
  • If you know you are going to be late, please call us on 8290632414 so we can hold your room

4. How to Cancel Your Booking

To cancel your booking, please contact us using any of the following methods:

5. Refund Process

Once your cancellation is confirmed:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking
  • Bank transfers / UPI refunds typically take 3–5 business days
  • Credit/Debit card refunds may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank
  • You will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp once the refund is initiated

6. Modification of Booking

If you want to change your check-in date, check-out date, room type, or number of guests:

  • Modifications are subject to availability
  • If the new booking costs more, you will need to pay the difference
  • If the new booking costs less, the difference will be refunded
  • Please contact us at least 24 hours before check-in for modifications

7. Special Events & Peak Season

During peak periods such as the Falgun Mela, Lakkhi Mela, and other major religious events at Khatu Shyam Ji, a stricter cancellation policy may apply. We will clearly communicate this at the time of booking. Please check with us before booking during festival periods.

8. Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, we will work with guests on a case-by-case basis to offer rescheduling, credit notes, or full refunds.
